Hybrid job, working for a friendly, driven and hardworking finance team of 10. To support during this busy period while the business are implementing automation projects. You will work 3 days in the office in Northampton and 2 days from home. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in sales ledger/ billing/ accounts administration; maybe you have completed or you are studying AAT qualification (not essential). Warner Recruitment are very excited to be representing this role for this locally established and growing business. Sales Ledger/ Billing - Northampton – Permanent Duties include: Billing and sales order processing Raising sales invoices Issuing credit notes Reconciling intercompany accounts Data analysis Analyse and process monthly revenue journals Cashflow forecasts Preparing and posting of month end journals Allocating for accrued and deferred income Daily and monthly bank reconciliations Daily cash allocation in multiple currencies Ensure payments are received Dealing queries Liaising with Sales and Operation departments Ensure ad hoc sales are billed promptly Liaising with customers regarding unpaid invoices General finance administration, keeping email mailboxes up to date The person: Experience in Sales Ledger/ Billing/ Credit Control Excellent attention to detail Friendly, hardworking and happy to help other team members when needed Must have a can-do attitude to work AAT qualified/ studier or equivalent qualifications Good communication skills Benefits: Flexible hours Hybrid working easy location to get to by car or bus
