Sales & Operations Support

Our client is recruiting for a Sales & Operations Assistant to join their offices in Bromsgrove this is due to continued growth within the business. We are looking for someone to provide customer support with technical knowledge and advice as well as offer sales support to the sales team.   Sales & Operations Assistant day to day duties include :- Handling customer enquires Creating quotations General office duties – raising invoices Managing / supporting distributors Supporting the internal Business Development Manager Maintain CRM, work with internal sales & marketing team Monitoring goods in and out   The successful Sales & Operations Assistant will have the following skills and experience :- Ideally experience working within a technical customer service or sales role Sales support or sales order processing experience Strong customer service experience / account management we are looking for a customer focused candidate. Ability to take ownership of tasks Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing company would be a distinct advantage.   In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of circa £28,000-£30,000 plus end of year company bonus.
