SAP Consultant / Manager - Consumer GoodsLocation: Europe (Any)Job description:We are seeking a results-driven SAP senior Manager with experience in the Consumer Goods (CGS) Industry to be part of our SAP Technology consultancy with business focus on Consumer Goods. To ensure success as an SAP consultant, you should possess extensive knowledge of Consumer Goods business processes, related Enterprise Architecture, Digital Core concept and narrative, modern IT system integration and the ability to accurately design and document SAP processes on the latest S/4 HANA platform. This experience is required to help our client to shape the renewal of their Enterprise wide architecture, focusing on the core S/4 HANA setup, its direct and indirect benefits in the context of continuously evolving Consumer Goods Industry context.What’s in it for you?You will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest Consumer Goods brands globally shaping the roadmap and developing and delivering SAP-led complex transformational programs, enhancing new skills in SAP and in Program & Solution Governance.This an opportunity to join a European team of senior SAP experts with a focus on “thought leadership, origination, sales and delivery of large transformation SAP programs across industries”.A wide range of employee benefits and career development opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Support the definition of S/4 HANA Roadmaps and Blueprints bringing the best thinking around the usage of latest SAP based solutions S/4 HANA and beyondSupport in taking Enterprise Architecture decisions around the scope of Clean Core S/4 HANA.Support and increasingly become able to drive commercial activities related to SAP S/4 HANA deals.Lead or support solutioning required for large SAP based transformations in CGS industries.Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.Design, support developing and configuring of customized SAP solutions.Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.Performing thorough documentation of SAP processes, SAP Configuration and rationales, Functional Specifications and presenting progress reports.Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developmentsSupport the creation of CGS and SAP Industry relatedNecessary Knowledge / Skills:SAP S/4 HANA or cloud based SAP solutions accredited or certified experience.A proven track record as an SAP consultancy in CGS.Up to date knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration.Current knowledge of CGS business (Foods and beverage, AlcoBev, Tobacco, Home and Personal Care, Agri) and main CGS business processes.Good teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.analytical and problem-solving abilities.Independent, and with excellent organizational and time-management skills.Being able to drive client discussions with business language, not only ITProficiency in English, and knowledge of other European languages would be an assetAbout AccentureAccenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud and security.
