Where no two days are the same. Your Role We are looking to hire Scrum Masters that can help us transform the client's delivery model from Waterfall to an Agile environment, integrating our teams in Lisbon for a project in the Telecommunications sector. Your Profile Academic background in IT Engineering, Telco or similar; + 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master and a previous background ideally in Engineering; Scrum Master certification (mandatory, PSM-I ; CSM); Knowledge of Product Ownership is a plus; Previous experience as a Business Analyst is a plus; Strong communication skills valued; Good level of English (spoken and written).
