Your Role We are looking to hire Scrum Masters that can help us transform the client's delivery model from Waterfall to an Agile environment, integrating our teams in Lisbon for a project in the Telecommunications sector. Your Profile Academic background in IT Engineering, Telco or similar; + 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master and a previous background ideally in Engineering; Scrum Master certification (mandatory, PSM-I ; CSM); Knowledge of Product Ownership is a plus; Previous experience as a Business Analyst is a plus; Strong communication skills valued; Good level of English (spoken and written).
