Position : Senior Administrator Location : Paisley Hours : 35 hours per week - Monday to Wednesday: 8:45 AM - 4:45 PM, Thursday and Friday: 8:45 AM - 1:55 PM (50-minute unpaid lunch break) Duration : Starting ASAP until 31/12 - possible extension Salary : £23,651.97 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Administrator to join our clients Customer & Business Services team, supporting multiple social work establishments across Renfrewshire. This role requires a highly organized and flexible individual to serve as the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders. The successful candidate will process referrals via telephone and mailboxes and provide clerical support to local managers and their staff. Key Duties : Serve as the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders. Process referrals received through telephone and mailboxes. Provide clerical support to local managers and their staff. Work collaboratively with the onsite team to ensure smooth operations. Support multiple social work establishments across Renfrewshire. Essential Skills, Competencies and Qualifications: Effective organizational skills and a flexible approach. Strong communication skills to handle busy environments supporting social work clients and their families. Experience in a clerical role, carrying out a wide range of support duties. Proficiency with software packages including Microsoft Excel and databases. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Capability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards. Excellent customer service skills. Self-motivated and resilient, especially when handling challenging and vulnerable client groups.
