Responsibilities:

Being a Senior Data Collection Analyst is mainly about Live Supervision and maintaining the focus around the Supporter/DCA team and making sure everyone understands the process and is acting accordingly.

Desired Qualifications:

Super Backup – support of games when necessary 

Guarantee Janus Admin tasks are properly and timely executed

Support Live Support & Monitoring Team on gathering information from games 

Provide live supervision and feedback for Data Collectors (Supporters) 

Execute Training & Re-training for Data Collectors (Supporters) 

Re-arrangement of shift plans & distribution of games 

Support quality control, reviewing supporters' performance and handling QC queries 

 We need:

Fluent English 

In-depth sports knowledge 

Wide experience working with the Fast Data Product 

Ability to teach, engage, explain, demonstrate, guide, and enable 

Decision maker and proactive approach in a live and fast-paced environment 

Good command of Office 365
