We have an exciting opportunity for you to join an industry leader in landscape architecture! You will be liaising with both the architecture and engineering teams and conduct a key role in managing the expanding ecology team, whilst obtaining new business and maintaining various projects with industry leading ecological detail. Responsibilities: Team Management: Grow, manage, and support the ecology team within the studio. Ecological Input: Provide expert ecological input for planning applications, conduct field surveys, and write comprehensive reports. Business Development: Identify and develop opportunities to expand our services, write fee proposals, manage budgets, and control project programs. About You: Experienced Consultant: Proven track record in ecological consultancy with excellent organizational and goal-oriented skills. Innovative Thinker: Proactive, solutions-focused, and willing to go the extra mile, with a strong eye for detail and articulate communication skills. Committed to Growth: Dedicated to personal and professional development, with a passion for sharing knowledge. Experience & Qualifications: Educational Background: Degree in Ecology or a related subject with significant project delivery experience. Professional Membership: Member of a professional body such as CIEEM or CIWEM, licensed for at least one protected species.
