Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst to join an exciting Manufacturing company experiencing huge growth based in Bath. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:£50,000 - £55,000 plus performance bonus, hybrid working and wider benefits package Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:Build the budget reporting process alongside the FP&A team; working with teams across the group to deliver the budget with deep understandingAlign with a region within the business to support them on regular reporting and understanding their financial performanceBe a champion of the reporting and budgeting systemsSupport the Head of FP&A on the board-level monthly reporting packsLogistics cost analysis for weekly and month-end reporting, and forecastingIdentify opportunities and deliver commercial results through your work resulting in quantifiable improvements at EBITDAPerson specification:Accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with teams across the business and external partiesAdvanced user on the Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPointExperience of using SQL, Power Query, NetSuite, budget software and Big Query (beneficial)For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:£50,000 - £55,000 plus performance bonus, hybrid working and wider benefits package Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
