Senior Growth Manager London, Hybrid flexibility Full time, 35-hour week Permanent Up to £60,000 per annum DOE An exciting new position has become available for a Senior Growth Manager for our well-established not-for-profit client located in London! This is a compelling opportunity for a driven individual who is eager to apply their skills to achieve significant impact within a growing organisation. Duties of this Senior Growth Manager role include: Create and execute a strategic plan for expanding the company's services. Identify new opportunities for business development and growth including attending conferences, networking events and wider discussions. Adhere to set KPIs and targets, striving to go above and beyond to increase both B2B and B2C opportunities. Identifying leads and business development opportunities with potential new clients, focussing on building and maintaining these relationships. Providing training and guidance to the wider business development team, with a focus on developing their market knowledge. Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, partners and clients and be proactive in providing accurate and timely responses. Contribute to new business ideas and participate in conversations regarding new process implementation. To bag yourself an interview for this role you will have/ be: Experience within a Senior Growth Development role having successfully achieved business growth. Experience working within a corporate industry (financial services desirable). Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior level members. Networking experience. Strong leadership skills. Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills. The ability to negotiate and manage difficult conversations when required. Confidently present in front or target audiences. Computer literate, proficiency using MS Software and CRM systems. Reliable and driven.
