Location: Portugal or PolandThis is a key role within the Global Information Security organization. The individual fulfilling this role will be a member of the Information Security Governance Risk and Compliance Program Delivery and Improvement team, tracking the delivery of all CISO programs and BAU activities through metrics and continuously looking for ways to improve CISO processes and services. The individual will have great opportunities to collaborate both within the core CISO organization and the wider CIO.The GRC Program Delivery and Improvement Senior Analyst, will be part of a new team with a remit of CISO wide oversight of program and BAU activities. Responsible to maintain detailed performance metrics, communicate these to stakeholders and suggest and track process improvements.Essential FunctionsWork with service owners and project leads to collect accurate metrics.Collate metrics in impactful reports for senior stakeholders. Provide insights on performance on current month or over time.Support the delivery of all GRC projectsSupport Info Sec service maturity assessmentsSupport the creation of operational procedures for the GRC Program Delivery and Improvement team.Support the chair of several senior forums like the monthly business review and the CISO project status reviewRequirementsBachelor's Degree with 3 years of related experience RequiredMaster's Degree with 3 years of related experience preferredInformation Security Certification preferredContinuous Service Improvement or Business Process re-engineering experience recommendedITIL foundations certificationProject management education and experience.Knowledge of NIST, ISO and other Information Security control frameworksExperience with MS-office suite tools and SharePointExcellent reporting and writing skills#LI-SM3IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
