Senior Marketing Manager

Robert Half are looking for a interim Senior Marketing Manager on a 12 month FTC, for a client of ours based in Banbury. As Senior Marketing Manager you will have overall responsibility for a marketing team of 4 and will be expected to continue to contribute to marketing strategy and developments. Working across several core brands, you will work with the wider business to communicate the direction of marketing, maintain and develop agency relationships and ensure the effective day to day running of the department.ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for the UK Marketing operationTeam Leadership - regular catch ups, coaching & development.Work with SLT to understand commercial needs of the businessStakeholder management & representation in meetingsBudget Management - setting budgets, monthly reviews with financing, management and allocation of budgetsAgency Partner Management - project management and mapping, media planningStrategic planning and setting marketing directionNew product launches and customer planningPerson SpecificationDemonstrable experience in a lead marketing rolePeople management skills, ability to train and developExperience of working with agenciesStrong understanding of marketing principles and strategiesFMCG experience desirableMulti-channel marketing experienceRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
