Freelance Senior Project Manager Manchester ASAP Start! RGB Recruitment Ltd are working with a leading specialist Interiors contractor who are recruiting for an established Project Manager to join their team due to new project awards. Their market is resilient and due to sustained growth across their core sectors - high spec leisure, hospitality and commercial schemes. The Senior Project Manager will be taking the lead on the £3m fit-out from shell of an exclusive Restaurant in the city with more schemes of a similar nature scheduled thereafter. You should be a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in the bespoke fit-out sector able to deliver the scheme and assume responsibility for client interaction & communication, Health & Safety compliance. quality and pushing the programme to ensure timely delivery to budget. You'll need the usual SMSTS, CSCS Card & First aid at work and a relevant project history demonstrating successful delivery of high end schemes - applications will not be progressed without this. Great at communicating and negotiating, you should have a sound grasp of IT packages and project software and a passion for delivery.
