We are currently working with an industry leading wireless company who are in the process of expanding and establishing the groundwork for their upcoming phase of growth by bringing in a Senior RF Systems Engineer. As the Senior RF Systems Engineer at their organization, you will assume a crucial role in advancing their novel fixed wireless access solutions aimed at global connectivity. In this capacity, your role will involve serving as the technical leader for system formulation, amalgamation, and related matters. Here's an outline of your responsibilities upon joining their team: As one of their designated leaders, you will contribute to shaping and overseeing the system architecture and incorporation of the innovative 5GNR and WiFi 7 mm-wave platform. Developing and integrating intricate phased array and radio systems, including both overarching and finely detailed aspects. As well as specifying and incorporate high-level hardware, firmware relevant to radio functions, and software prerequisites. Participating collaboratively with their design groups, external suppliers, and affiliated partners in the implementation process, requirement delineation, and decision-making procedures. Assessing and propose alternative architectural pathways for diverse strategic initiatives. Grasp, engage with, and analyse customer requirements and prevailing market tendencies. Actively provide assistance during field testing, customer assessments, technical support interactions, and production workflows. Your experience as a Senior RF Systems Engineer: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Experience in roles encompassing System Engineering, RF design, and hands-on involvement within a multi-faceted setting. Proficiency in high-level and detailed design of radio and telecommunications systems. Familiarity with higher-level definition of software, hardware, and firmware prerequisites, in conjunction with accompanying design group activities. Competence in phased array systems, RF system design and technologies, and mixed-signal domains. Acquaintance with multi-faceted product/system environments, testing apparatus, and automation processes. Effective interpersonal aptitude, adeptness in teamwork, adaptability to manage multiple tasks within a dynamic backdrop. Innate ability to learn independently. Proficiency in guiding and assisting fellow engineers, supervising tasks, leading integration efforts, and overseeing customer field trials. Hands-on attitude, with a willingness to engage directly in tasks. Capacity for creativity and innovation, coupled with the capability to assimilate and exchange knowledge and concepts.
