About the Role: If you are nurturing, caring, and motivational? This role is perfect for you! As a Senior Support Worker, you will: Lead and inspire staff to provide top-notch care. Promote dignity and respect for all individuals. Build supportive relationships among residents, staff, and families. Keep care plans and files accurate and up-to-date. Support and train staff to excel in their roles. What We’re Looking For: A compassionate and caring nature. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and nights. Essential to hold an NVQ or QCF level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, or be working towards. Knowledge of statutory regulations and safeguarding practices. Experience in Health and Safety risk assessments. Additional Information: This role involves regulated activity with children and young people. Therefore the role requires an enhanced DBS with a barred list check.
