About The Role Senior Support Worker  -Swansea -  Hourly rate £12.50 to £13.75  Dependent on qualifications and Experience -  Full time - 40.25 hours per week    Are you seeking a new challenge and career development? About Ty Seren: At Ty Seren, we support adults with complex needs associated with autism, embracing sector-leading practices that blend education, care, and therapeutic support to create personalised placements for each individual. Our facilities offer ample opportunities for socialising, including communal lounges, a large kitchen and dining area, and several acres of fields and woodland for outdoor activities. Responsibilities: Providing leadership to less experienced staff to ensure the development of best resident care practices and optimal outcomes for the adults in our care. Promoting rights, allowing our individuals to be treated with dignity and respect in every aspect of their lives. Establishing supportive relationships and encouraging the development of stable relationships between our supported individuals, other staff, and their families and friends. Ensuring that all care plans, key-working files, and care files are updated, accurate, and maintained. Supporting the staff team in their role as key-workers and facilitating training as required. Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and occasional night shifts. QCF level 3 qualified or currently working towards. Knowledge of statutory regulations. Able to understand and adhere to relevant safeguarding.
