Job Advert: Service Administrator Location: Banbury, near Beaumont Road Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Salary: Up to £26,770 per annum About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and organised Service Administrator to join our dynamic team in Banbury. In this full-time role, you will provide crucial administrative support to our busy service and installation department. Your contributions will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our services, supporting our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Planning: Coordinate and schedule service and installation activities. Travel Arrangements: Organise travel for service and installation teams, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively. Plant Hire: Arrange for the hire of necessary equipment and plants for various projects. Timecards and Expenses: Process and verify timecards and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Purchase Orders and Invoicing: Handle purchase orders and invoicing, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments. Requirements: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a service or installation department. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive and flexible approach to work.
