Site Chemist Salary: Up to £36,000 Shift: Monday to Friday Location: Ilkeston My client, a successful Waste and Recycling company based nationwide, are looking for a Site Chemist to join their site. The Site Chemist will be based in Ilkeston. The Site Chemist will be responsible for handling, inspecting, sampling and recording of incoming / outgoing Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste The successful Site Chemist - Waste / Recycling Industry will be required to do the following: Assessing on the basis of Health and Safety, Environmental Compliance and Cost Control Processing / Labelling/ correctly storing waste Ensure paperwork is completed correctly Completing waste safety checks Ensuring incoming waste is inspected requirements Requirements from the successful Site Chemist: HNC Degree in Chemistry Experience as a site chemist previously Experience in the Hazardous Waste Sector ideal FLT license ideal If you are interested in this Site Chemist role, please send an up to date CV to [email protected] or call Lauren on 0330 440 2323.
