EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW We have a brilliant opportunity to join our Network Control Capital Delivery Team as a Site Supervisor! While in this role, you will play a key role in being responsible for day-to-day management and safety of the project and must be competent in managing the six aspects of a project, scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality and resources. Well-developed interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication and conflict management are also vitally important. Experience of capital civil construction projects (circa £M) is essential. The correct person should also have an understanding of CDM regulations, roles and responsibilities and how these are applied in practice. Awareness of the NEC ECC Contract is vital, the role will include performing as the Supervisor under this contract. It is an important quality control role ensuring the Works are delivered in accordance with the Works Information and that Defects are identified, notified and closed out. Your key accountabilities in helping us will be: Taking responsibility for operational management ensuring all deliverables are achieved, within budget, on time and to agreed company standards. Management of framework suppliers throughout construction to ensure successful delivery. Work with Stakeholders to ensure high levels of communication are upheld at all times. Drive the project plan and milestone delivery, highlighting issues or blockers. Perform the role on NEC Supervisor.
