Job Description SummaryEssential FunctionsResponsible for Connected Devices Validation activity either integrated with Commercial off the shelf (COTS) vendor platforms or in house eSource Platforms. Here Connected devices refer to medical devices that support health data collection from Trial participants like ECG, BPM, Glucose Monitoring etc. This role will be responsible for business requirement understanding review, test case authoring and UAT executionResponsible for creating site and subject facing documentation like Investigator Manuals, Patient Facing Guides, Site reference guidesResponsible for project managing the onboarding and operationalizing of the Connected Devices SolutionResponsible for providing support to the site through trouble shooting, problem identification, solution identification and resolution. This is done through Service Requests using the Service Desk tool.Coordinates the routing and handling of Requests for Change to the next level of support under broad supervision.Escalates issues relating to product support or product operations to the next level of support.Works closely with various inter departments to ensure faster resolution and solution implementationProvides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.QualificationsBachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experienceUnderstanding of Clinical trials is requiredExperience with Clinical research and eSource platform is preferredExperience with Connected Devices and data management of Connected devices is preferredExperience troubleshooting issues with sites or customer is preferredIQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
