Sous Chef – B&I (Offices) – Manchester - £28,000 - £30,000 per annum My client is a bespoke contract catering company who pride themselves on exceptional quality and service delivery using fresh ingredients. An opportunity has arisen for a talented and innovative Sous Chef to support the Chef Manager in a modern, new kitchen within corporate offices. You will demonstrate exceptional craft skills using locally sourced, fresh ingredients with a creative ideas and different flavours, preparing exceptional nutritionally balanced dishes and desserts. You will cater for approx. 300 per day. The successful candidate will have Sous Chef experience within a similar high end quality environment, have a genuine passion for food using fresh ingredients and providing the best service.
