Become a customer service expert representing an innovative brand new company specialised in the mobile and electronic payment in Lisbon, Portugal. Its goal is to make financial transactions easier and safer to everyone.
We're looking for a friendly and proactive person to help people manage their money through the application.
Relocation package:

* Assistance in obtaining your Portuguese social security number and opening a bank account.

What will be asked to do ?
* You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be asked to their queries by phone and/or email.
* Identify customer needs.
Am I eligible ?
* Hold a European passport or identity card
* Native Spanish/C2 level (spoken and written)
* The training will be given in English; you must have a minimum B2 level in English.
* Have the ability to multi-task as you will be speaking to clients/prospects via phone and emails
