Static Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Biased) - Leicestershire - Salary up to £39,000 CBW has an excellent new opportunity for a static Electrical biased Multi Skilled Engineer to join a leading facilities company. This is covering a commercial site in a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. with no on call. Key duties & Responsibilities: Carry out reactive repairs on all systems as required Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all electrical / Mechanical systems Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Maintain and update Logbooks Working to Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes Changing taps/washers Repair and servicing of mechanical & electrical (M&E) equipment, PPM & reactive. Managing priorities within contract constraints. Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals. Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance. Person Specification: Previously worked within a maintenance environment Experience of electrical systems management and paperwork Experience of working with business critical equipment Post apprenticeship experience within a maintenance environment Good knowledge and understanding of a range of complex mechanical systems (Desirable) A good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.
