What you'll doStore Apprentice in Glenrothes 30 hours per week You will be enrolled on our industry leading apprenticeship development scheme providing you with an opportunity to pour the foundations for a successful career with one of the UK’s fastest growth retailers. This is anything but ‘just a job’, you’ll be working whilst completing our bespoke 12 month scheme which will teach you how to sell by providing great service, understanding our customers’ needs and our business strategy, product awareness and so much more. Your learning will be “on the job” with time set aside each week to complete any necessary coursework, and there is no expectation to take work home with you. You’ll have a dedicated apprenticeship coach who will support you every step of the way.Alongside your learning, you will play a pivotal role as part of our store team, from serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse and stocking shelves, you will cover it all and our customers will love you for it (psst, there is a reason our customers rate us 4.6/5 on you know!)What you'll bring Experience in retail is not needed, In fact, experience in any sort of work is not required because if you have the right attitude to learn and genuinely want to develop a career, we can teach you the rest. However here are some of the things we look for: Hard working - This job can be demanding and there is always plenty to do. Team spirited - Be happy to muck in and get your hands dirty and look after one another Reliability - be there when needed (and be fun to be around!)
