Strategic Solutions Lead Location: London Length: 23/09/2024 – 22/09/2025 Rate: £280 per day PAYE Hours: 8am – 5pm This client is a well-known US based tech brand and media outlet. Established in the early 90’s this brand initially gained popularity as a search engine and web portal, providing users with a gateway to the internet and a variety of digital content. Today their online presence is still strong and they offer a range of services including search, email, news, finance Job Description The Platform Solutions team supports the commercial development of DSP technology, and is accountable for client education, client onboarding and DSP activation. The Platform Solutions team is responsible for driving the adoption and expansion across all MSA customers, this is achieved through providing valued services and flawless execution while supporting end-to-end projects that improve/enhance the platform experience for our valued clients. This role would suit an ambitious and highly motivated individual, one who is capable of both strategic thinking and consultative tactical insight. Key Responsibilities: Handle the day-to-day DSP trading requests from our agency partners. Leading role in our DSP Customer Training & Onboarding programme and continuous client knowledge development. Facilitate regular client office hours, manage new client onboarding, and support self-service activations. Establishing trusted relationships and serving as a subject matter expert on DSP technology. Drive adoption of new platform functionality, position new inventory and data sources. Act as an advocate for the customer internally, driving product requests and prioritisation over the customer lifecycle across the Platform organisation. Be an expert with respect to optimisation, strategy and performance and be able to communicate these to all levels of an Agency or Brand Direct. Establish client best practices, recommend tools, and develop new processes to help the customer relationship scale; share this across the Platform Team. Help troubleshoot any client issues and escalate internally to the appropriate teams. Key experience and skills include: Worked in advertising technology solutions for 3+ years, preferably with programmatic buying or planning experience. Demonstrate a good knowledge of the programmatic landscape. Good track record in developing relationships with key Internal and external stakeholders. A passion for online media is essential with experience in programmatic trading, knowledge of the landscape and strong understanding in leading ad servers, ad networks, DSP’s, SSP’s, DMP’s and creative platforms. Entrepreneurial, with an ability to work well independently, prioritise multiple tasks, meet deadlines, demonstrating initiative and a strong work ethic. Numerate with a good level of knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word. Degree qualified and motivated with a can-do attitude and a hunger for delivering results
