A typical day will include: As a Support Worker at Summergil, you will play a crucial role in the lives of our young people, supporting their daily activities, educational needs, and personal development. You will work closely with a magnificent team including teachers, therapists and other support workers to create a nurturing and inclusive environment. Responsibilities: Provide personalised care to each person in their daily activities, including personal care, learning and social interactions. Foster a safe and positive environment, ensuring the emotional and physical well-being of each person. Implement individualised care plans, under the guidance of an incredibly supportive senior team. Support our young people during recreational activities, outings and community integration. Collaborate with the wider team to maintain accurate records and documentation. Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our young people, celebrating their achievements and milestones. Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with children and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check. Sound good so far?
