    Descripción de la oferta En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a profesional con experiencia en selección para formar parte del equipo de Talento del área de People & Culture basado/a en nuestras oficinas de Madrid. Funciones:Redacción, diseño y publicación de ofertas de empleo en diferentes portales.Realización de criba curricular, entrevistas telefónicas y presenciales.Campus management: gestión de la colaboración con escuelas de negocios, universidades y ferias de empleo.Elaboración de reportes de actividad de los procesos de selección gestionados.Participación en el proceso de onboarding de nuevos empleados. Requisitos Graduado/a en Psicología, ADE, Economía, Derecho o Relaciones Laborales. Valorable máster en Recursos Humanos.Experiencia de, al menos, entre 1 y 3 años realizando funciones similares.Nivel alto de inglés, hablado y escrito.Nivel alto de conocimiento del Paquete Office, sobre todo Excel.Persona proactiva, resolutiva, organizada y con atención al detalle.
