Technical and Validation Quality Lead North Kent £40-50k DOE+ fantastic benefits + bonus! Rare opening within the Quality Assurance team of a leading manufacturing company within a scientific sector within the North Kent area are looking for an experienced Technical and Validation Quality Lead to join their team and support the Quality Assurance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality Assurance leader with a science-based degree (ideally chemistry) to propel their career forward within a sought-after business. Duties include: Provide technical leadership for the QA team. Troubleshoot quality issues and assess supplier and raw material issues, making decisions on their resolution. Lead site investigations and identify areas of improvement based on audits. Maintenance of the Validation database and plan, document changes as required. Support Validation of QC activities. Review validation protocols and sign off final executions. Continuous improvements to production as and when required. The successful candidate will have / be: A degree in Science, Chemistry, Food, or similar Previous experience within a laboratory manufacturing environment Previous experience of Validation Proven leadership skills. Computer literate with the ability to use CRM systems Experience and knowledge of H&S, COSHH, ISO, GLP and GMP A problem solver Due to the nature of the role, you will need excellent colour vision If you believe you meet the above criteria and would like to work for a global company who are passionate about their workforce then please apply for immediate consideration!
