Many of our managers started as technicians.The role of a Technician:As a Technician, you’ll be servicing our customers across the Birmingham area. Travel further afield may also be required, subject to workload.What will you be doing? You will strip and replace timber floors, door frames, architraves, windows and doors You will be required for the removal of plaster, prior to installing damp proof courses You will be required to carry out timber treatments such as woodworm sprays and fungal decay work There may be an element of patch plastering involved in this role Our specialist technicians also carry out basement waterproofing work, and structural defects repairs, such as wall tie installation and crack-stitching Requirements:Requirements;Essential Valid driving licence Construction experience Proactive attitude with strong initiative Excellent communication and customer service skills Passion for delivering exceptional service Willingness to perform hands-on tasks Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces Desirable Joinery qualification Experience as a time-served joiner/carpenter Benefits: Salary range of £24,575 up to £25,888 depending on experience Grading promotions that increase your basic salary based on your performance Benefits such as access to friends and family discount scheme called RI Rewards where you could earn discounts in over 3000 retailers The opportunity to work within a diverse, fast-paced, and growing company Opportunity to contribute to a private Healthcare plan Relocation package If you’ve read this far, you must click apply!
