Temporary Handyperson - Warrington - £11.44 P/H We are looking for a handyperson on a temporary basis for a static site in Warrington to cover annual leave: Monday 10th - Wednesday 12th June 8am - 5pm Responsibilites: Carry out PPM works on but not limited to the following; doors, fire doors, carpet tiles, ceiling tiles, painting, drains, locks and hinges Undertake any allocated jobs as directed by the Supervisor, Manager and Helpdesk ensuring that all associated paperwork is completed in a satisfactory, accurate and prompt manner Work alone with minimum supervision or within a team to carry out routine maintenance, repair, and cleaning activity across the site Person Specification: Experience in all aspects of fabric and basic electrical/mechanical maintenance Working in a corporate or commercial environment Must provide own basic hand tools All relevant PPE is essential CSCS card required Some manual labour will be required
