Tenant Liaison Site Manager - Social Housing - Glasgow - 35-40K plus vehicle I have a new opportunity for an experienced Tenant Liasion Site Managers to join a renewable energy client due to a new contract win! This client is forward thinking and renewable energy really is the future. Therefore making this a great opportunity to join a company that is capitalising on the energy market. The position will see you run domestic housing projects from small individual private properties to larger housing association sites. You will be the main point of contact for the tenants and the contractors involved in the upgrading of social housing. This client is looking for someone heavily experienced in tenant liaison along with the technical knowledge within upgrading social housing properties. Person specification: SMSTS First Aid Technical Trade knowledge Previous experience within the domestic maintenance sector upgrading properties. Strong Tenant Liaison experience Responsibilities: Working as part of the site team.
