Location and flexible working: Edinburgh - Office based training at our state-of-the-art Lothian Road Office, for the first 6 months and then moving to a home/office split. This is a fantastic opportunity if you enjoy building rapport and putting customers at the heart of what they do. If you have a burning desire to help customers, put in place the plans they need to have the future they dream of then we would love to hear from you. You will be providing guidance to customers across our pension product range, demonstrating your understanding of your customer’s situation and needs by keeping them informed of all relevant options, risks and benefits as well as explaining any technical questions in a simple way whilst remaining compliant and jargon free. You will be on a pathway to becoming a fully qualified Customer Consultant, at Phoenix we commit to investing in your future, providing support for you to obtain the role required R01, R04 and LP2 qualifications and upon each successful exam pass, you will receive a salary increase. The programme includes on-going training and development that will enable you to progress to full competence and takes around 18 to 24 months. What we’re looking for Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service within Financial Services A commitment to study and achieve Financial Services qualification R01, R04 and LP2 along with achieving full competence and progress to Customer Consultant within 24 months Experience of conducting customer focused conversations Effective questioning and listening skills with the ability to build rapport with customers over the telephone Preferably have knowledge of pension products and experience of managing risk We want to hire the whole version of you.We are committed to ensuring that everyone feels accepted and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
