Trainee Plant Fitter Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Location: Warwick Shift: Days (Mon – Fri) A great opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Plant Fitter to join my client’s busy site in the Warwick area. This role would suit someone looking to build on their existing experience of engines, transmissions, hydraulics and electrics. The Trainee Plant Fitter will be responsible for the following: Carrying our services, repairs and updates on existing construction machinery. Recording and logging defaults and checks. Communicating accurately with the Engineering team. Upholding the company image. The ideal candidate for the Trainee Plant Fitter will have the following skills: A good mechanical knowledge diesel engines such as motorbikes, cars or plant equipment (Diggers, Dumpers, Telehandlers etc). Some hydraulic and electrical experience. The ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
