Training Advisor - FM Provider - Bank, London - Up to £35k per annum CBW are currently recruiting for a Training Advisor based in Bank, London to work with one of their clients as a leading service provider. Hours of Work / Details: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Office based Key Duties: Assess effectiveness of training courses run and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs Staff training records – logging certificates, splitting certificates for new joiners and saving in their training files, scanning and saving received certificates Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with external training providers regarding appropriate training course content Maintain updated training database and training records to ensure compliance with quality and environmental management systems. Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment Research and recommend new training methods. Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session Staff training records, logging certificates, splitting certificates for new joiners and saving in their training files, scanning and saving received certificates Managing performance and addressing conduct issues as and when appropriate.
