Transport Administrator Normanton Temporary We are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to work on behalf of our client in their Normanton Depot. This is a temporary on-going assignment. Working hours – Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 Hourly rate – £13.00 (paid weekly) Key responsibilities of the role can include: Working closely with the Transport team to organise transportation schedules to achieve delivery dates agreed with the customer Liaising with customer service teams and drivers Upholding proof of delivery compliance Maintain a high level of productivity while working within time constraints Ability to work accurately and efficiently, whilst maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment General administration duties, e.g., answering incoming calls, maintaining transport documentation records, filing etc. Any other duties as required Essential Criteria Strong capability to deal professionally with customers Driven individual with an interest in Transport Good level of education, or equivalent experience in an administration role, IT proficient in Microsoft packages, in software such as Microsoft Word/Excel Good organisational, time management, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a busy team Good written and verbal communication skills If you would like further information please contact our Leeds Office and ask for Charlotte or click to apply!
