3 month contract initially
Essential skills
- Experience in the fields of Ethnography, interviews, A/B testing, usability testing, video analysis and user observations
- Excellent knowledge of the user-centered design process
- Start-up mindset: pro-active, autonomous, agile, innovative
- Work closely with UX designer / Service designer to create user-centered solutions and influence project directions.
- Create a strong link with project stakeholder to anticipate project needs
- Ability to find in the literature review existing human-factor knowledge about a topic
- Fluent in English and French
Preferred skills
- Background in psychology
- Ability to use user data from user testing to propose solutions
- Interested in the automotive industry
- Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of a product to propose relevant user research and user testing to the project team
Not essential
- Experience in using Protopie or any rapid-prototyping software
- Fluent in Dutch
