Location: Kidderminster Shift: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm Salary: £11.44 p/hr Contract: Temp - Perm Pertemps Industrial are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for their client based in Kidderminster. Working on a static day shift in a state-of-the-art facility, the role will involve assembling products by hand and carrying out basic quality checks. The Duties of a Warehouse Operative: Assemble / re-work products following customer specification Quality checking of products prior to dispatch to customer Picking and Packing items Moving stock to the correct location Sweeping and general upkeep of the warehouse The Requirements of a Warehouse Operative: Have previous experience of working in a warehousing environment Have some assembly experience although not essential Ensure pick rate is high and mistakes are minimal Have an excellent timekeeping & attendance The warehouse can be cold during winter months Physical work required, manoeuvring items up to 15kg Required to assist with cleaning of the warehouse As a Warehouse Operative you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the warehouse.
