Role Overview: As a Senior Operative, you will work onsite alongside the Pertemps Contracts team, playing a key role in managing a high volume of workers. Your responsibilities will include: " Conducting walk-around inductions for new workers, ensuring they are well-informed and ready for their roles. " Serving as the first point of contact for basic queries, providing guidance and support to workers on-site. " Contributing hands-on as a warehouse picker and packer, ensuring efficient fulfilment of orders and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Why Join Pertemps?
