Warehouse Supervisor - Immediate Start! £15.83 per hour Temporary Ongoing (Opportunity to go Permanent) 08:45 - 17:15 (Monday - Friday) East Midlands About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our client's team on a temporary ongoing basis, with the potential for a permanent position. This role involves overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and managing a team in a 3PL environment. Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor: Supervise and manage a team of 20-30 warehouse staff. Ensure all operations comply with company policies and procedures. Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Utilise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) effectively, with a preference for SAP experience. Oversee activities related to the tech contract, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Maintain a safe and organised warehouse environment. Requirements of the Warehouse Supervisor: Proven experience in managing teams of 20-30 people within a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment. Strong reporting skills, with the ability to manage KPIs and SLAs efficiently. Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly SAP.
