As a Website Solutions & Customer Service Representative, you will assist German-speaking customers with inquiries related to website solutions. You will be expected to provide high-quality service, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely manner. This position requires excellent communication skills in German and a strong understanding of customer service best practices.
