Welder Contract Type: Full Time / Permanent Area - Dorking Annual Earnings: £37000 - £39,000 Contract Hours: Early and Late Shift Rotating - 5.45am - 1.45pm & 2.15pm - 10.15pm My client, a specialist in the repair and Fabricating of HGV's is actively seeking to employ a fully skilled and experienced Welder / Fabricator to work within their new build and refurb facility based in Dorking You will be required to undertake Welding on commercial vehicle bodies and chassis in a maintenance and refurbishment setting. Please find below the essential requirements that my client is looking for; KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Experience in MIG & TIG welder 1.6mm - 6mm depth. Experience working with Stainless Steel. SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES Ability to build and tack weld fabrication from a drawing and then complete welding Ability to spot visual faults in fabrications and correct them in a timely fashion. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. QUALIFICATIONS Welder Qualifications. Relevant intense welding training courses. Welder approval certificates.
