Welder Engineer Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 Location: Warrington Shift: Monday - Friday - DAY SHIFT - ( Varies, we have one coded welder doing 7 days per week, and another doing basic 40 hrs (both from choice) we have plenty of work as we are subcontracting 2 heads for field work We are currently looking for a Welder Engineer to join our clients dedicated Engineering team in their commitment in providing a high standard of service output for their customers. Welder Engineer Main Duties The role will initially be workshop based, however once an adequate understanding of the product and lifting equipment is attained there is an opportunity to progress to a field-based role with a fully equipped service vehicle. The role will involve stripping industrial forklift trucks and warehousing equipment prior to repair, and rebuilding post repair. The successful candidate will be provided with on-the-job training and with progression will be coded to the our Specific tests to enable structural repair of our Trucks.
