Een van hun vestigingen situeert zich regio Gent, en focust zich voornamelijk op  totaalprojecten . Projecten zijn van A – Z: van concept tot productie én installatie. Op heden zijn er een 300-tal collega's tewerkgesteld, een aantal dat elk jaar stabiel toeneemt.

    Wat houdt de job in?

    Takenpakket van een werfleider HVAC:

  • Nauw samenwerken met de projectmanager 
  • Aansturen  van jouw monteurs en techniekers
  • Verantwoordelijk van werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering tot de administratie
  • Indien nodig spring je even bij! Je helpt waar de kennis ontbreekt

    Daarnaast overtuig je met jouw kennen & kunnen

  • Je hebt ervaring als  leidinggevende  in een vergelijkbare sector.
  • Technische  opleiding , bij voorkeur binnen HVAC, klimatisatie, koeltechniek, CV of elektriciteit
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en  probleemoplossend  vermogen.
