A fantastic opportunity for a Workday Analyst to join a UK based Workday Customer in a BAU environment. This successful organisation are looking for a Workday Analyst/Specialist to join a Workday HRIS team focusing on Support, Ticket requests, Configuration, optimisation & enhancement of the Workday System. Get involved in the areas of HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Absence, Core Compensation, Security, Integrations and Reporting. The ideal individual will have worked within the Workday Ecosystem for 2+ Years & have strong Workday Support, ticketing and configuration skills with a passion to broaden out their workday skills and knowledge with an opportuntiy to really grow within the role Position: Workday Analyst Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP Location: Surrey or London - 2/3 Days on-site Salary: £58,000 - £65,000 - Bonus potential up to 30% plus benefits Skills & Experience Required: ️ 2+ Years Experience in the Workday Ecosystem in a BAU support environment ️ Strong support, ticketing, configuration skills across Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Absence, Core Compensation, Security, ️ Act as a point of escaltion point for technical requirements. ️ Experience within a Workday BAU environment specialising across Enhancement, Improvement, Optimisation ️ Excellent Stakeholder communication skills ️ Ideally you’ll have undergone gone Workday Training/Fundamentals/Pro/SI Certifications ️ Bi-Annual Releases ️ Passion to be a team member within an established HRIS Workday team About Focus On WD: As a business we wholly and totally concentrate on recruitment for the Workday ecosystem, which means we know our area inside & out.
