Working Site Supervisor/Manager Exmouth Late July start! Offering a full portfolio of refurbishment, extension and maintenance works, this well established local firm, is gathering momentum and gaining a healthy order book. To work on a forthcoming leisure scheme refurbishment scheme, they are in need of an experienced Site Supervisor/Manager. The project is a refurbishment scheme that will require sub-contractor supervision, planning & co-ordination, and client liaison whilst ensuring prompt delivery of the scheme to programme and full Health & Safety compliance. You'll have a trade background but also have good all-round trades experience as on smaller works you will be called on to roll up the sleeves yourself. You must also have a valid CSCS Card, with CITB SMSTS, First aid at work and CSCS Card with Asbestos awareness a bonus. This is a 2 month temporary opportunity starting shortly so to register your interest, please send a CV demonstrating your experience ASAP for this imminent start role!
