Works Administrator Liverpool £23,000 to £25,000 basic salary Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (4:00pm Friday) Permanent Office based An opportunity has arisen with a leading engineering service provider for a Works Administrator to join the team. The purpose of the role will be to provide support to customers and allocate works to the engineering teams. This opportunity is office based and comes with a basic salary of £23,000 to £25,000. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (4:00pm Friday). The main duties of a Works Administrator are: Handle internal and external calls. Take details of works required from customers and colleagues. Review call out and planned maintenance schedules to ensure no crossover works. Provide details to engineers of works required and ensure all information is provided to avoid delays. Order any parts or equipment required by the engineer teams for site visits. Liaise with wider business if required to ensure works are completed as quick as possible. Keep customers updated on arrival times and progress of works. Check engineering paperwork to ensure accurate logs and correct works have been completed. Deal with any customer complaints regarding works - take details and report if required.
