Yardman/Labourer Salary: £26000 Monday - Friday - Days + Overtime We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Site Operative to join our team. As a Site Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects across the UK network. This physically demanding role requires a high level of fitness and a commitment to on-site safety. Responsibilities: - Assiting with installation of pipework - Asisting with drivers unlaoding and loading of the pipework - Install pipework and oversee the day-to-day workload of Installation Operatives and sub-contractors. Qualifications & Experience: - Aptitude to work on construction sites and a strong understanding of on-site safety. - Ability to adapt and handle challenging situations with a positive approach. - Flexibility with working hours, and occasional work away from home. - Current Full UK driving license Preferred: - NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Site Supervision. - SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification. - IOSH Managing Safety certification. - CSCS gold card holder.
