Our client in Silverstone is looking for an experience Accounts Payable Clerk to cover 3/4 weeks work on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursdays. Hours are 8:30am-5pm Salary: £15 per hour Processing invoices. - Monitoring emails. - Managing purchase ledger invoices. - Managing sales ledger invoices. - Resolve invoice discrepancies. - Resolve payment issues and ensure timely processing of invoices. - Liasing with internal departments. - Preparing and entering vendor invoices, ensuring the correct coding is captured. - Consistent process and control improvement. - Other required tasks. Requirements: - Experience working in accounts payable. - Strong knowledge of outlook, word and excel. - Good interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service skills. - Excellent attention to detail.
