An opportunity has arisen to join a leading social housing provider across Mid Cornwall on a permanent basis within the Property Services department. The position as a Damp and Mould Surveyor would primarily involve working within a team to diagnose any causes of damp and to come up with appropriate recommendations to resolve these issues. Further responsibilities would include: To undertake the relevant surveys to diagnose the causes of damp within the properties Coming up with suitable suggestions to improve this To liaise with tenants to ensure that they are made aware of progress The ideal person for this role would have previous experience in undertaking building surveys and be familiar with identifying damp and mould in properties.
