Multi Skilled Foot Mobile Engineer £40/42k Plus Travel Card My Client are a Facilities management engineering company who provide mechanical and electrical solutions to their commercial client portfolio in central London. THE COMPANY Essex based company. 12 years trading, general M&E Maintenance. Clients in central london only ( zones 1 & 2) all commercial multi tenanted office space 31 staff as a company, of which 10 are office staff and 21 engineers. They have 13 foot mobile engineers at the moment and they are now looking to add to that number with a further two engineers. You will be working on a foot mobile basis across a portfolio of high end commercial properties carrying out maintenance and breakdown repair on the following equipment : AHU’s Pumps/Motors Emergency Light testing HVAC FCU’s Plant rooms 3 Phase BMS Water temp checks PACKAGE £38/42k dependant on EXP ( happy with either Mech or Elec bias but must be building services) All travel paid for, up to zones 1 to 6. 8 till 5pm, mostly finish by 4pm unofficially most days. Call out is 1 in 21 ( £125 standby ) – ideally use their own vehicle or use public transport 20 days holiday + bank holidays on top
