Robert Half have partnered with an impressive global organisation based in Bicester to recruit a 2nd Line Engineer to join the team. This is an exciting role where you will be the main point of contact for all end-users for their Oxfordshire office, providing 1st and 2nd line support and contribute to Group IT projects.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssist IT Service Desk Manager on related IT projects including software rollouts, hardware upgradesSupport a myriad of systems and hardware for internal and external usersManage user requests through ITSM toolTriage and troubleshoot all queries to resolutionProvide routine maintenanceAbout YouProven experience working as a 2nd Line EngineerStrong technical understanding of hardware deployment, network products, O365 administration, Windows 11 support, Active DirectoryExperience in MDM solutions - InTune, SCCM, Endpoint ManagerKnowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, DCHP, VoIP, WiFi and DNSOutstanding customer serviceOn OfferSalary up to £35,000 DOEHybrid working (3 days in Bicester office, 2 days WFH, occasional travel to London office)23 days annual leave plus bank holidaysCompany bonusRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
